At Konenki, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled. 

Order Cancellation 

• Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped. 
• To cancel an order, please email us at support@konenki.in with your order ID and request. 
• If your cancellation request is acknowledged, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original mode of payment.

 

Return Policy 

For safety and health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped, except in the following cases: 

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
• An incorrect product was delivered
• The product is expired upon delivery

 

Return Process 

If you receive a product that meets the return eligibility criteria above, please email us at support@konenki.in within 7 days of receiving the product with your order ID, full name, reason for return, photographic evidence (images of the product and packaging). Our team will review your request within 48 working hours. If approved and the product is unusable or unsafe, we may ask you to discard the product and issue a replacement or refund, as applicable 

 

Refund Eligibility 

Refunds are processed in the following scenarios: 

• The ordered product is out of stock 
• The shipping address is not serviceable 
• The order meets our return and replacement criteria 

 

Refund Timelines 

• Prepaid orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days 
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account within 14 working days of confirmation 

 

Return Pick-up & Self-shipping 

• If reverse pick-up is available in your area, we will initiate it within 1–2 working days of return approval 
• If reverse pick-up is not available, you may be required to self-ship the product to us. Courier charges for approved self-shipped returns will be reimbursed upon validation
